This tea is made with premium quality organic peppermint leaf, and makes a cool, refreshing tea, with a minty-fresh flavor. Peppermint is a soothing herb and may aid with temporary stomach discomfort. It tastes great both hot and iced.
Ingredients: Organic Peppermint Leaf (Mentha piperita). Origin: United States.
Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. Certified USDA Organic, Caffeine free.
Precaution: Use with caution in persons with gastroesophageal reflux or with a hiatal hernia, as peppermint may decrease esophageal sphincter pressure. Use with caution in persons with gastrointestinal ulcers or significant gastrointestinal inflammation.
